Yes, I know today’s post title will very likely have a negative impact on blog readership. I don’t give a shit.
One year ago today, thousands of genocidal barbarians invaded Israel. They murdered well over a thousand innocent civilians, most Israeli but not all. They raped and tortured women, in some instances cutting off their breasts and kicking them around like soccer balls.
They murdered and beheaded babies and sometimes put the corpses in ovens. They kidnapped hundreds.
Disgustingly, millions upon millions of people around the world are on the side of evil, of filth. NEVER forget that it is the evil government of Iran that funded the terrorists’ attack, that funds anti-Israel protests around the world and that funds brainwashing of the West.

Brainwashing is happening in the US, as well. From this Why Evolution Is True post:
“MSNBC producer admits the network is “brainwashing & dumbing down” their viewers in efforts to get Kamala elected.”
I have never watched MSNBC and never would. Apparently, I am not alone.
From this piece on Yahoo Finance:
“FOX News Channel (FNC) finished the first quarter of 2024 as cable’s most-watched network in total day and primetime, dominating primetime viewers in cable news for 89 consecutive quarters, according to Nielsen Media Research. FNC notched its highest-rated quarter since 1Q’23 among all categories and beat CNN and MSNBC combined with total day and primetime. During the first quarter of 2024, FNC delivered 95 of the top 100 telecasts in cable news for the entire quarter…FNC’s share of the cable news audience was 50% across total day and 53% prime viewers as more Independents tuned in to FNC over any other network, according to data from Nielsen MRI Fusion.”
I don’t watch Fox News, either, but its viewership metrics explain, in my opinion, why Trump has received more votes in elections than opinion polls suggest. I am not really following the polling, but I still think it’s more likely than not (say 55-45) that he will be elected President in about four weeks. I am beyond sad that my choices are between him and a de facto socialist. That’s not a real choice, in my opinion. (Arsenic or Strychnine?) Oh, don’t kid yourself: anyone proposing a tax on unrealized gains on any and all assets is a socialist regardless of how that proposal is spun.

OK, I feel better having gotten that off my chest.
On this day in 1962 a fully functional concept car called the Ford Mustang II debuted at Watkins Glen in New York state. I think, think, this vehicle at the AACA Museum in Hershey, Pennsylvania is similar, but not identical, to that car.
More than sixty years later more than ten million Mustangs have been sold. Hey, even I’ve owned one. Remember this car?
Yes, a six-cylinder engine might not sound as impressive as an American V-8 and some might like the looks of the modern Mustang more (of course all of that is really just an opinion), but a 2020-2025 Supra will out-accelerate that Mustang GT 0-60 and match it in the standing quarter-mile. By the way, while I know the looks are polarizing, I love the way the new Supra looks and think it has a far superior exterior design to my former Mustang shown above. Oh, I know my Mustang didn’t get 30+ MPG on the highway.
Different strokes for different folks or DSFDF. Getting the gate in front of the concrete pad completed, including latch/lock, now makes me want a Supra even more. Yeah, yeah, I know: March isn’t that far away.
